RESIDENTIAL HIGHLIGHTS

  • New listings (3,684) decreased 9.4% from the 4,065 listed in April 2021, and increased 4.6% from the 3,521 listed in March 2022.
  • Pending sales (3,005) decreased 11.6% from the 3,400 offers accepted in April 2021, and decreased 1.3% from the 3,045 offers accepted in March 2022.
  • Closed sales (2,782) decreased 5.6% from the 2,946 closings in April 2021, and increased 3.7% from the 2,683 closings in March 2022.

AVERAGE & MEDIAN SALE PRICES

Comparing 2022 to 2021 through April, the average sale price has increased 11.3% from $543,900 to $605,600. In the same comparison, the median sale price has increased 11.2% from $484,900 to $539,000.

  • New listings (948) decreased 15.6% from the 1,123 listed in April 2021, and decreased 6.1% from the 1,010 listed in March 2022.
  • Pending sales (802) decreased 12.4% from the 916 offers accepted in April 2021, and decreased 13.9% from the 932 offers accepted in March 2022.
  • Closed sales (806) decreased 2.4% from the 826 closings in April 2021, and increased 2.9% from the 783 closings in March 2022.

AVERAGE & MEDIAN SALE PRICES

Comparing 2022 to 2021 through April, the average sale price has increased 17.1% from $487,900 to $571,400. In the same comparison, the median sale price has increased 19.3% from $435,900 to $519,900.

  • Closed sales (134) decreased 6.3% from the 143 closings in April 2021, and decreased 4.3% from the 140 closings in March 2022.

AVERAGE & MEDIAN SALE PRICES

Comparing 2022 to 2021 through April, the average sale price has increased 18.6% from $294,000 to $348,600. In the same comparison, the median sale price has increased 20.5% from $265,500 to $319,900.

Comparing 2022 to 2021 through April, the average sale price has increased 18.1% from $490,700 to $579,400. In the same comparison, the median sale price has increased 16.8% from $411,000 to $480,000.
